The “Cell Pharmacology” team was formed at IBMM creation, in 2007. We develop fully integrated research projects dealing with major therapeutic targets – GPCRs, kinases – and at the interface between chemistry and biology. We have an extended palette of expertise ranging from molecular modelling to physiology. Although dealing with different targets, these programs share common methodological approaches such as molecular dynamics, recombinant protein production and fluorescent tools for monitoring protein conformational changes. This relies on direct and close connections with chemists and clinicians in IBMM.
